This feminine, everyday 1940s-style pullover is 100% pure soft Merino wool with a delicate cable knit pattern.

The short pullover goes below the waist with a wide rib edge at the bottom. The sleeves are three-quarters long and end with a wide rib edge. The collar is typical of the 40s, with a small opening in the neck that closes with a snap fastener.

The yarn is super soft and made in Italy.

The softest wool imaginable!

I finally ordered this sweater and it is so incredibly soft and warm, I love it! my only complaint and it's a minor one, is I wish the shoulders were more narrow. That said, it fits me exactly as it fits the model, so it wasn't a surprise!

Wonderfully comfortable

This sweater is absolutely gorgeous! Beautiful rich berry red colour, super soft and not at all itchy wool,well made and importantly warm. The cut is flattering and if you're like me and have shorter than average arms it's less of a 3/4 sleeve and more of a full length but I see this as a boon as it's rather hard to find short enough sleeves on sweaters for myself.

A Classic

As someone who usually wears collared shirts under sweaters, I'm surprised at how much I love this collared sweater! It's soft and well-made, not itchy and not too light or too bulky. The color is a very versatile blue and it's so easy to wear. It's become an instant classic in my autumn / winter wardrobe.
I probably could have ordered the next size up, but I decided to go snug according to the size chart and it still fits very comfortably.
