First of all - I want you to be happy:) I want to make it possible to try memery shoes at home.

That’s why I have free shipping and money-back guarantee if you can’t fit the shoe.

That simple.

My Refund Policy is below:

Returns 
You have 100 days to return the shoes.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, please follow the easy process in my Return Center

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Remember, Track and Trace. Shipping costs are non-refundable. But I do have free shipping back to you if you want to change to another size.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Expect 4-9 days.

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
