1930s style Men's spectator shoe - Dark Brown / Off-White - Charles

Outstanding pair of shoes - My second pair from Memery (first pair were brown Toms) - I fluctuate between size 7 and 8 uk - I purchased size 7 -They have a slight nip for a week or so, however, with the quality leather used, they soon become very comfortable. highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing quality and craftsmanship! Fits slightly smaller than some other shoes, but still breaking them in. Definitely a unique and fun item to pair with more vintage outfits.

These shoes are wonderful! They look amazing and fit well (thanks for making a small men's size!) and are comfy too. They were just what I needed to complete 30s and 40s inspired outfits but look awesome with modern designs too when I tried them on. They will get a full break in when I wear them to an event this weekend.

Nice colourway blending brown leather with off white nu buck gentlemen’s spectator shoes , they need the customary break in period as I found when wearing for the first time but the shoes tend to soften quickly and keep their shape well , I would recommend purchasing a pair and if memery decide to produce a black leather and nu buck version I would definitely be interested

I am very please with these shoes, the leather sole is ideal for dancing.the design works well with my vintage style.

I've always wanted a pair of spectator-style shoes. But since this style is so rare nowadays, the only option has typically been made-to-order pairs costing over 300 euros. These shoes, however, are made from top-grain leather and have a stitched leather sole all at a reasonable price (170€ with a first-order discount). I doubt you can find a better deal for properly constructed spectators.

My foot length is around 27.1 cm (self-measured), which is on the bigger side of EU 43. Yet I had no problems with the fit of the shoes. They did give me blisters at first, but that is normal for top-grain leather, and it took time for it to adjust to my feet. I also felt pressure on the vamp, but it was fixed by relacing the laces differently.

Overall, I am happy with this purchase and will be on the lookout for other vintage styles from this brand! I’ll include a photo, sorry it's not a close-up, but I might forget to finish this review if I go off to take better pictures.

Shoes looked good and well packaged but far too big and so have returned them to exchange for size 9's. I haven't heard back yet but am hoping to get the size 9's delivered very soon.
