I am very happy with my purchase overall. The shoes are very comfortable and I look forward to wearing them as often as I can.
The only reason I can’t give it 5 stars is the laces. They’re just too short. While I’d say I don’t have the skinniest calves, I don’t think a lot of people do. So the laces provided don’t let me lace up the shoes past about 3/4 of the way. While I understand why, it is still mildly frustrating to deal with. They don’t offer longer laces for purchase and they already send a second pair with the shoes (which is super nice), but that doesn’t solve the problem.
I’ve been able to purchase longer laces from other retailers so I’m overall making it work, but I’d rather have an add on or something for purchase from this site.

These boots are gorgeous, and it feels like I am walking on a cloud when I wear them. I’ve never had such comfortable shoes before. I definitely would recommend these to anyone looking to buy comfortable, stylish, high quality boots!

Let’s start with the fact that I’m not used to wearing heels—every pair I’ve ever bought has always felt uncomfortable and difficult to walk in. I kept looking at this model over and over again because I didn’t feel suited for this type of shoe, and I was afraid I wouldn’t feel comfortable in them, that they wouldn’t suit me, and, most importantly, that I wouldn’t be able to walk in them comfortably.
Still, I decided to give them a try, partly because my partner has a pair and wears them almost every day. And what can I say? I was blown away. The shoes are, of course, just as gorgeous as in the pictures, but the heel is incredible—super comfortable, walking feels so natural (even for someone like me, who usually wears comfortable shoes and still manages to trip in those!), and its placement, which is more centered compared to more modern designs, provides much better support and balance.
I wore them for an entire day, walked a lot, went up and down stairs, and not once I regret my choice! They are incredibly comfortable and elegant, the craftmanship is, as always, so impressive. It does take a little patience to lace and unlace them, but with some practice, I’m sure I’ll get much faster. I’m beyond happy!

Was hesitant that these would be as comfy as everyone said they were, but they are! Usually my toes get squished in heels, but I didn't even need the wide size for these. Usually a 6.5US, ordered a 7, and they're perfect with socks. The only thing I wish was offered was the option for larger laces. I have wide calves/ankles from ballet, and I wish I could lace these all the way. Otherwise, perfect!
